East Side Artisans Market- Saturday October 25, 2008

I am participating in a "Hecho a Mano" Market this weekend and selling some of my new "Dia de Los Muertos"chocolates and confections. It is our very first East Side Artisans Market which was put together by Courtney Enriquez, owner of the fabulous new store "Things She Adores". In addition to my gourmet chocolates and cupcakes, you will find hand beaded jewelry, hand stitched pillow covers, table runners, handcrafted stools and end tables, knitted items, paintings and many more unique items. I hope you all can join us for this fun event featuring Handcrafted Items by Latina Artists.

The Day of the Dead Celebration in Mexico is a huge event. We are going to try to make our festivities here in Austin have a little of that flavor of celebration. I plan on trying a fabulous new recipe for a Chocolate Ganache filled cupcake with icing and a chocolate Calavera on top.
